Empowering your motherhood journey

“When a baby is born, so is a mother”

I feel incredibly honored to help facilitate guidance, nourishment, and healing for so many mothers as they birth their babies and lean into motherhood.

In our current society, it is considered normal for so many of life’s special moments to become glazed over by the rush of busy work schedules and daily routines. I hope to meet you where you are at with gentleness. Providing you with support and the proper resources you need to feel empowered and held as you bring your baby into the world and navigate those sacred first weeks.

What is a Doula?

A Doula is a trained professional who provides continuous physical, informational, and emotional support to a mother and family before, during, and after childbirth. Doulas offer evidence-based support, encouraging mothers to make informed decisions and use their voices. A Doula helps a mother advocate for her birth wishes to encourage the very best care throughout her labor and delivery.

A doula is a helper.

Contact Me

“Emma was our doula for the home birth of our fourth child. She was always in touch, before and after birth. She was wonderful, she knew to come to me even though I wasn't urging her but not realizing that my labor was happening fast. She was here way before my midwives and could tell that this baby was coming fast. She was calm and reassuring. She spent the entire labor massaging my back even when I was in the tub. She did counter-pressure on my lower back as my baby was descending. All in all, we had a great experience with Emma and would recommend her as your doula"
