  • Postpartum Doula Care

    As a postpartum doula, I take entering the sacred space of your recovery and home very seriously. I work with intention to create a space of safety, warmth, and comfort to encourage optimal postpartum healing.

    My postpartum home visits are scheduled individually based on your personal needs as you heal.

    Postpartum Doula care includes:

    • Phone and email communication 8 am-6 pm Monday - Saturday if you have any questions or need to chat.

    • Nourishing meals cooked in your home including snacks and beverages

    • Instruction and guidance in baby care, breastfeeding, and being available to hold your baby so that you can shower, heal, and take care of yourself

    • Time to talk and process your birth and anything else on your mind as you navigate postpartum

    • Home care including laundry, vacuuming, doing your dishes, and any other home chores that will help you bring you peace and comfort

    • Postpartum bodywork including massage and herbal baths

      Postpartum Care Package:

      $800

      This is for mothers and families seeking frequent postpartum care following their birth. This includes 6 visits over the first 6 weeks of your postpartum scheduled however you feel is most beneficial to you. Each visit includes a warm meal cooked by me, nourishing snacks for the week ahead, and the services listed above.

    Postpartum care is so sacred and beautiful. In the weeks following your birth, nourishing your body, giving yourself intentional time to heal, and processing the uniqueness of your birth is so important.

    Postpartum care includes 4 visits to your home where you will have access to:

    • Nourishing meals including snacks and beverages

    • Instruction and guidance in baby care and breastfeeding

    • Holding your baby so that you can get needed rest, take time to shower, or care for yourself.

    • Providing you with a safe space to talk and process your birth and postpartum healing journey

    • Home care including laundry, vacuuming, doing your dishes, and any other home chores that will bring you peace and comfort

    • Postpartum bodywork including massage and herbal baths

      $1500

    *You may choose to add on more visits for an extra cost

  • Placenta Offerings

    The placenta is such an amazing life giving organ. Honoring your baby’s placenta can be done in many ways.

    Honoring the placenta through art:

    Included are 2 placenta prints

    • 1 blood print

    • 1 watercolor print (you may choose from a palette of colors) $100

    add on a cord keepsake ( dehydrating your baby’s umbilical cord in the shape of a heart) $25

  • Lactation Support

    Breastfeeding can be a beautiful and rewarding experience, but like many things, it can be accompanied by unique challenges along the way. I would love to support you on this journey.

    Lactation support looks different for every person, you can think of it as custom support for your personal challenges or needs. My lactation sessions may include any of the following:

    • In-person support

    • Recommendations for nursing positions, feeding schedules, and products

    • Guidance in getting the baby to latch

    • A safe space to talk about challenges you’ve been encountering and feelings you may be experiencing

    • Resources for certified CLCs and IBCLCs in our area, specialists for tongue and lip ties, breastfeeding support groups, and other additional information that may be of help to your specific needs

      $50 per hour

    I also offer virtual support via video call, where you have access to all the same care listed above.

    $35 per session

  • Extended Postpartum Services

    Through my work as a postpartum doula, I have found a significant need for support past the initial postpartum period. My extended postpartum services are offered in hopes of making your day-to-day walk through motherhood less overwhelming.

    These services are offered to all mothers, not just mothers who have recently given birth.

    Extended postpartum services include:

    • Help with laundry, dishes, vacuuming, and general house cleaning needs

    • Help with organization and creating functionality in specific spaces or throughout your entire home

    • Text and phone call communication to answer all questions

    $ 50 per hour
